Due to our commitment to Kashrus and quality, Lakewood Baskets does not accept returns on products. If your order was received damaged, you must contact us within 2 business days of receipt of your order via: email: sales@lakewoodbaskets.com or phone 1-732-370-SWEET (7933) for a replacement.
Shipping & Handling
UPS Shipping
Lakewood Baskets ships anywhere within the continental United States. Street number, street name, city, state and zip are required. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. UPS delivery limitations apply to all purchases. Most orders ship via UPS standard delivery and at UPS rates. In addition to standard UPS rates, a minimal packaging fee may apply. This fee varies by product and is based on the item’s fragility. When viewing a product, click on the "Shipping Info" button to view the product shipping & handling fee.
Local Shipping
All items on the website ordered for Lakewood delivery can be hand delivered within 2 business days, if placed by 2:30 pm. All local deliveries have a $6.00 flat rate.
Product Information Errors
Although Lakewood Baskets makes the utmost effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in this website, we are not responsible for availability, or for omissions, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or for product pricing errors. We retain the right to cancel any placed order we ascertain with errors such as incorrect pricing or incorrect product information due to any type of error, regardless whether or not your order has been accepted or your credit card charged. In such an instance of order cancellation, if your purchase has been charged to your credit card, we will promptly issue a full credit to your account.
